Effective: 1 January 2026. Applies to all 611 platform users in Malaysia.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 611 platform — whether through our website or mobile app — you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 611 platform.
Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated version. The 611 platform reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice, unless otherwise stated.
These terms constitute a binding agreement between you as the user and the 611 platform management. Use of this platform by anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access all features on the 611 platform, you are required to register an account using accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same identity is a breach of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential and must not share it with anyone. All activity carried out through your account will be treated as your own, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to the 611 support team.
611 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time to ensure account accuracy and maintain compliance requirements. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.
- Registration information must be truthful and verifiable.
- Each individual may only hold one active account at any time.
- Users are responsible for keeping their password secure.
- Users must be 18 years of age or older.
3. Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All transactions on the 611 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We support a range of local payment methods, including FPX bank transfers, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and debit cards issued by licensed financial institutions in Malaysia.
Deposits made into your account cannot be reversed once the transaction is confirmed. All deposits are subject to the minimum and maximum limits set by the platform from time to time, which may vary depending on the payment method selected.
Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with 611's internal procedures. Processing times typically range from one to three business days, depending on the chosen payment method and verification requirements. The platform reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals where there are concerns relating to fraud, bonus abuse, or breaches of terms.
- All transactions are in RM (Malaysian Ringgit).
- Confirmed deposits cannot be reversed.
- Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days.
- The platform reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for verification purposes.
4. User Responsibilities & Prohibitions
As a 611 platform user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. Any attempt to manipulate the system, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or use unfair methods to gain an advantage in betting is strictly prohibited.

5. Liability Limits & Account Policy
611 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit claims arising from the use of, or inability to use, this platform. 611's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty days preceding the claim.
